Ok first things first. Your 17 points under the hit cap even with one point in FA. See below for options.
Gear
Helm
Change your meta to the +21agil/+Crit damage one. My personal preference is to also put in a Prismatic here to meet the requirements of the meta (+10 all stats).
As for the rest of you gear. It's well chanted but you are chasing the socket bonus on most of it. You've dropped 50 agil to pick up +4 Agil, +6 Hit and +24 ap. You can do the math on that one to work out you're losing alot of DPS.
Options for getting your hit up are using Icewalker on your boots and Hit chant on your gloves. Alternatively the new trinkets have a bucket load of hit on them (108).
Talents.
You really need to get to hit cap with gear/chants/gems. Then you can take the point out of FA and put it in GftT. As I'm guesing right now your pet is doing bugger all damage as it will be focus starved. You only need the one point in it.
3/3 EW is way too much. 2 should do with your crit. That should keep EW up for about 97%. If you start getting to 55% crit UB then you can look at removing another point to just have 1/3.
I'd also look at picking up Resourcefulness as well. Not only for the mana but for the BA CD. The shorter time between applications of BA the better.
For now (until you get at least 2pc t9) drop improved stings for the points needed to flesh out resourcefulness and GftT.
And for Glyphs. HM glyph is only worht it if your specced into it. Drop it for either KS or SrS glyph.
