First and foremost welcome to the World of Warcraft Hunters forum. I hope we can call this place home, our own corner of the WoW universe.
For the past few years I've been running CritShot - The Archers Mark, a forum for the Archer classes in the MMORPG Dark Age of Camelot. We have a good, friendly community over there and I'd like to recreate that on these forums.
Okay on with the boring bits.....
General
1. When posting on the forums please refrain from personal attacks or insults directed to other forum members. We're all here for the same reason and everybody has there own opinion. By all means disagree and make your point but DO NOT launch into your own personal flame war with another user. Let's try to keep a pleasant attitude, let the forum trolls stay on the Blizzard forums
2. No pointless post spamming. Obvious to most us with half a brain, but we all know it happens. If you don't have anything useful to say, don't say anything.
3. Try to stay on topic and not hi-jack other users threads with a completely irrelevant post. Start a new thread.
4. If your really pissed off and must rant please don't get too carried away with the bad language, you never know who is reading the forums. Stick in a few f*****g asterisks please
5. Do not cross-post to try to get your shiny new thread seen by more users. If you post it in the relevant section to begin with it will get seen by those who need to see it. Multiple threads will be deleted and/or merged.
Signatures
6. There is a character limit on you signature to stop stupidly long signatures filling up half the screen. Users come here to find out good info about their character, not read 14 lines of drivel at the foot of your post
7. You are allowed ONE graphic in your signature area. This MUST be no wider than 300 pixels and no higher than 100 pixels. Also try to keep your image in keeping with the forum theme. Your 800 pixel wide image with the large breasted girl may float your boat, as well as mine possibly, but, it doesn't really belong here
If any of the above is not adhered too, I will edit and/or delete text, posts, images etc...
I like to think I'm a fairly open minded, flexible kinda guy and with these few minor guidelines in place, we're good to go
Contact and problems
Should you encounter any problems, or see anyone who might violate any rules, so that their post will need editing. Then please contact a Moderator or Admin (denoted by the gold pips under a username)
