Personal Sentry by Plink
This addon takes the place of other addons like the older ICU, Paranoia, Paranoia Revised, and Local Defender. This mod has multiple functions. It allows you to see the level and class of targets on your minimap as well as coloring the information by class if you wish. A mouse over of your targets will pop up a list of hostiles that you can click on in order to quickly target an enemy player or NPC. Also it monitors your combat log to look for hostile players and alerts you when they are near. In addition to all this, it has a built in KoS list that you can use, and is highly configureable. In addition to all this, you can use Personal Sentry to announce coords of your target to any channel you wish. And the message you announce with is configurable as well.

The main issue with Personal Sentry is the database bloat can get seriously out of hand, so I recommend you scale down what it saves based on what information you truely need. I have mine setup to only track hostile players and nothing else. Personal Sentry saved me many times, and while you can use it with any class, it really shines for the Hunter.
